HiWash Yearly Subscription – Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
- "HiWash" refers to the service provider operating under Al Sharqi Holding Group.
- "Subscriber" refers to the individual or corporate entity purchasing the yearly subscription.
- "Subscription" means the purchase of a 12-month plan entitling the subscriber to one exterior car wash per week.
- "Partner Offers" are third-party promotions or services available within the app.
2. Service Overview
- Each subscription entitles the user to one (1) exterior car wash per week, valid at HiWash locations only.
- A maximum of 53 washes per year will be available — renewed weekly (from Sunday to Saturday).
- Washes do not accumulate: if not redeemed within the week, it will be forfeited.
- Subscription is non-transferable and linked to a single vehicle (plate number required at registration for the unlimited package).
- Mobile delivery units are excluded from this plan.
3. Subscription Activation & Validity
- Subscription begins on first redemption, not on date of purchase.
- Valid for 365 days from activation.
- Subscriptions are non-refundable and non-cancellable once activated.
4. Coverage & Locations
- Service is only available at operational HiWash locations across Qatar.
- Availability may vary based on operating hours and location access.
- HiWash reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily suspend any location.
5. Vehicle Eligibility
- Changing the registered plate number requires official request and approval.
6. User Obligations
- Users must behave respectfully toward staff and follow safety instructions.
- Misuse, abuse, or fraudulent behavior (e.g., sharing access) will lead to suspension without refund.
7. Partner Promotions & Third-Party Offers
- Promotions offered by partner brands are subject to individual terms, limits, and quotas.
- Offers may be:
- Time-limited
- Quantity-limited
- Available via QR code inside the app
- HiWash is not liable for the fulfillment, quality, or expiry of partner offers.
- Subscribers must deal directly with the partner brand for any related issue.
8. Limitations of Liability
- HiWash is not liable for:
- Delays due to traffic, weather, or location access.
- User's inability to reach the location during the validity period.
- Any damage unless proven to be caused directly by HiWash negligence.
- HiWash maintains full liability only for damages caused during service within its premises.
9. Amendments & Updates
- HiWash reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
- Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Suspension & Termination
- HiWash reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service for:
- Abuse of the system
- Violations of terms
- Technical or business reasons (with advance notice where possible)
11. Privacy & Data Protection
- HiWash collects user information for internal use, tracking, and verification purposes only.
- User data will not be shared with third parties except for partners providing offers — and only for redemption purposes.
- All data is stored securely in accordance with Qatar’s data privacy laws.
12. Corporate Subscription Terms
- Bulk packages are available for corporate partners and fleet services.
- Redemption method and reporting dashboards can be customized for partners.
- Separate agreements will define corporate-specific terms.
13. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will be resolved amicably where possible.
- If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Qatar law.
